Who is Flower De Raadt?
 Flower De Raadt is a Note Investor and President of Real Estate ATM: Mortgage Notes In. Quick Cash Out! RealEstateATM.net helps real estate investors, agents, and home sellers, sell their houses fast through owner-financing and helps them cash out quickly. She teaches how to structure the mortgage note at the time of the sale, provides resources for current note holders, and has access to billions of dollars to purchase real estate backed notes. She purchases real estate, commercial, and business notes.
Flower began her journey in real estate as the original "Real Estate Newbie" in early 2008. At the time she was marketing consultant successfully managing sales and marketing strategies for small businesses, the real estate industry, and nationally for authors/speakers to achieve growth by implementing a vision for business development, product placement, and brand awareness.
As owner of Flower Finds, she has been responsible for seeking new business opportunities for various clients in cross-culture markets through strategic alliances, target based marketing & sales, and customer relationship management. She has practiced these skills with accounts and customers in Latin America, Asia, Southeast Africa and the United States for companies like EMI Music, Apple Computer Inc, and Bridgepoint Investment Group. Flower currently resides in Odessa, TX with her husband and toddler.
Being new to the world of real estate, Flower launched "The Real Estate Newbie" to journal her experiences in learning real estate investing strategies. After a year of interviewing different successful real estate millionaire entrepreneurs through her Investing Show, Flower decided to enter the industry as a Note Investor. Thus, shifting her focus to Real Estate ATM.
