American Tire Distributors Leases Space at Tech Ridge 4.3B
American Tire Distributors signed a 127,612-square-foot lease in the Tech Ridge Industrial Park in Austin, TX.
The 490,169-square foot Class B flex building at 810 W. Howard Lane was built in 2000 in the Northeast industrial submarket. Other major tenants include CEVA logistics and Power Freight Systems.
Scott Flack and Doug Thomas of Live Oak-Gottesman represented the landlord, TA Associates Realty.
