When I began my real estate investing learning journey, I came upon BiggerPockets.com and I immediately bookmarked it as one of my favorites. There are so many FREE resources, education, and tools within this site along with many opportunities to get in on deals. I'm thankful to Joshua for doing this interview. Q. What are some benefits for new investors to join BiggerPockets.com

A. I gotta say that BiggerPockets.com is just flat out the best community around! Gotta pitch it here. We have the most informed contributors. The most relevant conversation. The forum is just active. Hundreds of posts a day. We are hardcore when it comes to spam and solicitations. We don't allow it. What that does is that it creates an environment where newbies, and experienced investors, and real estate pros know that they are not going to be harassed by people just trying to hawk stuff at them. We have created such a great community where people can come to learn, to find out information, to talk about real estate, the economy, what's going on out there. Where they can make deals, you name it. We really have built this great grassroots community. We have so much information for people and so many different ways for people to come together and do their networking, their marketing, their deal making, and their learning.
