It's been a while since I've written in my blog and shared with you what I've been learning. Don't fret, The Real Estate Newbie is still at it and still learning. On one of my trips this summer, I taped our second Investing Show in Austin, TX and am finally getting around to editing together. I'll have that up for you this month in August. The wait will be well worth it!

Now, what am I up to? Well, I wrote before how I've decided to become a note broker and that's exactly where I've been. I'm learning directly from the master himself - Jeff Armstrong and he's personally guiding me through my first deals. Jeff and I are also working on helping other note brokers (newbie or not) learn the ropes of the note brokering business while exponentially increasing their profits.
