I've been working at Bridgepoint Investment Group for about 3 weeks now but more like 2. We had a family emergency we had to be gone for a week for but I've been back now for a bit. So far so good. I'm learning about property management, real estate sales, and real estate investing. I'm learning how to use different software programs needed to run a successful real estate business along with consistently setting and updating systems/procedures/policies in place to have someone else do what you need consistently. I'm mostly helping with their marketing and online presence since that's my past experience but to just be in that environment, I'm picking up alot.
